Bad weather affects the tennis players who are preparing for the first Grand Slam of the 2011 season in Melbourne. "Because of heavy rain we couldn't play one minute last Thursday in Kooyong" says Tomas.
Well, it helps me a lot that I am sixth in the world when I ask organizers a court for practice. There are eight indoor courts, and when I want to train an hour or two a day, no problem they let me go".
These days the weather in Melbourne was not very good but not as bad as Brisbane. For the other players the situation is much worse in their preparation for the Australian Open, so I can not complain.
