2013 Rome Round 3: Tomas Berdych vs Kevin Anderson

Tomas opened with a 6-4, 6-0 win over Denis Istomin on Tuesday, and will next face Kevin Anderson … again. The two met last week at the Mutua Madrid Open, with Berdych winning in two tight sets.

Sixth seed Tomas Berdych extended his perfect record to 8-0 against Kevin Anderson in a 7-5, 6-2 win in 84 minutes. Berdych hit 25 winners and committed seven unforced errors to book his place in the quarter-finals for the fourth time.
